pavel ambiont reissued 'Jellybean + Poison / Remedy'

In 2010, Belarusian electronic musician Pavel Ambiont released a joint album 'Jellybean + Poison / Remedy' together with British dubstep producer Pinch. The work started in Minsk within the framework of the Connections project and the Unsound festival and continued in Bristol. The tracks merge two related atmospheres brought by each of the musicians - Pavel's pulsating dub-techno and Pinch's minimalistic dubstep approach.

“It seems to me that the first part is a very dense nightmare from which you want to escape. Then comes the moment when you gain control, as in a controlled dream - and in the second part of the track you find a way to the light, "- says Pinch about one of the tracks.
